Swedish FireKnife was created in collaboration between Light My Fire and Mora from Sweden, and we couldn't have chosen a better partner. Mora has been producing top-quality knives for 120 years.
However, our new product is a little more than just an extremely sharp, adaptable and robust knife for all conditions: the handle also hides flint. In other words, you can now gut and slice fish, cut chips and start a fire with a single tool.
The Swedish FireKnife has a hardened Sandvick 12C27 stainless steel blade and a BIOplastic handle for a quality and safe grip. The profile grind of the blade is sufficient for simple chipping, while the reverse side of the blade works ideally with Swedish FireSteel® flint. Swedish FireSteel® flint will be your long-term helper (up to 3000 ignitions), it works just as well wet and creates sparks at a temperature of 2980°C.
